How does delivery work?
Once you place your order from our meal plans & pricing page your meals are delivered straight to your address by one of our drivers or partner drivers. On average it takes 48 hrs for meals to be prepared and delivered to your address. We deliver on Mondays & Thursdays to all locations in Trinidad. If you order on Sunday, you meals will arrive on Thursday. If you order on Wednesday, your meals will arrive on Monday, and so on. Cut off times are 48 hrs before 12pm for delivery. This allows us to purchase the freshest and most delicious natural ingredients to prepare your meals with.
Due to rapidly increasing demand and local traffic challenges, sometimes our drivers may be late. We want to ensure we keep delivery as a FREE service to you so we ask for your corporation with our delivery staff. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order, however please be mindful that your order cancellations not only affect your order, but all other customers on the delivery list if our drivers are not notified ahead of time. Please ensure you include your phone number & double check your delivery address details and instructions when placing an order. We are committed to serving you excellently.
Do I have to be home for my delivery?
Yes, we need you at your delivery address to accept the order. If you have any delivery instructions, please include them in your delivery notes when you order. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion. We try to be very accommodating however our drivers have a very packed schedule and we appreciate all your scheduling support.
