HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
A HIIT training session involves frequent & intense bursts of maximum-effort, very hard work (typically about 20 to 90 seconds), followed by a reduced period of low-intensity recovery. The goal is to recover enough that you can go hard again during your next work interval as a series for a certain amount of time until failure. If you're a beginner, you might have longer rest intervals, or work intervals that are challenging but not at maximum effort.

More and more programs are available which allow you to accomplish your goals through consistent training for less than an hour as opposed to 2-3 hours of training work some programs recommend. With shorter sessions you're more likely to find the time needed to train and take classes daily.
